DC&D guidelines

In the framework of the 1st Democracy, Cities & Drugs project, as project manager I took part in the writing of 2 fruitful guidelines:

Safer Nightlife, a European proposition to promote safer nightlife projects and share good pratcices, Stéphane Leclercq, ABD, 2008. This guideline gives tools and methodology in order to help local stakeholders to build and develop integrated safer nightlife partnerships.

Drug use, frontline services and local policies, Anne Coppel, EFUS, 2008. It is a guidelines for local elected officials supporting them in building local and integrated partnerships to improve harm reduction responses in their cities.
