The missions to enhance European networks are carried out at three levels:
- Helping local partnerships or national platforms to integrate European networks;
- Supporting the development of the European networks: network management, how to get European operating grants, advocacy and contribution in the designing and evaluation of EU policies;
- Facilitating alliances between networks in order to develop join projects and influence EU drug policies ;
